DUCCIO, THE SEA-HORSE

What you need:
purple and white felt, purple and black embroidery floss, stuffing.
The pieces:
Purple felt: cut out two body shapes. White felt: cut out the "mane" and a pair of lateral fins.
You can download and print the sea-horse pdf pattern by clicking on this link.

Putting pieces together:
Really really simple: start sewing the two body shapes together using the purple embroidery floss beginning from the tail. As you go on stitching, fill with stuffing.
Use lots of stuffing if you want the sea-horse to have a nice jutting belly like all sea-horses should have!

Sandwich the white felty "mane" between the body shapes and stitch the three pieces together.
Sew and stuff all the way to the end.

Now all you have to do is give the sea-horse a pair of eyes using some black embroidery floss or two small beads. Stitch the lateral fins too.
Here it is, Duccio the Sea Horse is flipping his fins inside your hand!
