Mr Octopus

Da quando le ho regalato questa sciarpa, Sonia se ne va orgogliosamente a spasso con un polpo appeso al collo. Mica un polpetto, mezzo chilo di cefalopode! Ho comprato una sciarpa di pile e ad una estremità ho applicato questo Mr Octopus di pile azzurro in modo che i tentacoli penzolino liberi.
A mo' di ventosa ho fatto dei conetti di pile: si prende un cerchio di pile, si taglia lungo un raggio e si sovrappongono i lembi; per fissare i due lembi meglio un puntino con ago e filo. Sempre con ago e filo ho attaccato le ventose ai tentacoli.
Due bottoni neri per fare gli occhi e ci sono anche tre bollicine, tanto per contestualizzare..
Since I gave my friend Sonia this scarf, she's proudly walked around with an octopus hanging from her neck. And not a tiny one, but a huge cephalopod as you can see! I bought a fleece scarf and attached Mr Octopus at one end, so that its tentacles (maybe I should say arms) could move around. I used light blue fleece.
It also has fleece cones as suction cups on its tentacles: take a fleece circle, cut along a radius and overlap. Use thread and needle to attach the cups to the tentacles.
Just two big black buttons to give him eyes and three bubbles to make it look more realistic ^__^
